When customers arrive at MMBRE's state of the art premises they enter a smart and comfortable reception/lounge area overlooking a landscaped pool with ducks, kingfishers, and other wildlife next to the spacious car park. Body Shop Manager Nick Hope, who previously worked as an accident damage assessor in the insurance industry says that MMBRE's policy of putting the customer first is well understood by everyone who works here. "We have very high quality standards, backed up by a strict and stringent ISO 9001:2000 assessed quality management system. Customers are kept well informed of the progress of work on their car." Damaged vehicles can be collected by MMBRE's 24 hour recovery service. Vehicles awaiting repair and those awaiting collection are stored in a secure compound away from the visitors parking area. Finished vehicles are fully valeted as required before collection, and courtesy cars are available as required. Environment The directors of MMBRE pay close attention to the potential environmental impact of the Company's activities.
